Leanne has worked in family law since 2007 having always had a passion for working with families. Leanne completed her mediation training in 2014 and also works as a Consultant Solicitor for a legal practice based in Nottingham alongside her work as a family mediator.

Leanne is a member of the Family Mediators Association and a member of Resolution and is passionate about helping families find their own solutions to their issues and help to reduce the costs and time that can be often be involved.

Leanne is trained as a Child Inclusive mediator and regularly meets with children giving them an opportunity to express their views on what they would like to happen. As a mother of two children herself, Leanne understands the importance of keeping the children’s needs at the forefront of the discussions and will encourage parents to focus on their children throughout the discussions in mediation.

In her spare time, Leanne enjoys being outdoors, running, walking, swimming and spending time with her own family including her cocker spaniel, Mylo.
